C.O.I. is an International Executive Search Firm founded in May 1998. Its partners previously owned and managed Executive Search Firms in Europe for some 12 years.
C.O.I. specializes in middle and upper-level candidates and positions in a variety of industries and functions.
Clients of C.O.I. generally are organizations offering careers with an international window of opportunities.
Candidates typically have specialized skills and cross cultural exposure acquired in their work experience over at least three years. They usually have an MBA or other graduate degree.
C.O.I.ʼs Partners, Andrea Keller and John Keller, have over 50 Years combined experience in Executive Search both in the United States and Europe. They are supported by an efficient and competent staff of associates who themselves have many years of experience in a variety of industries both in the United States and abroad. Even today, C.O.I.ʼs Founding Partners still are an integral part of day-to-day operations.
Our executive search team is international. The teamʼs personal experience includes backgrounds of living and working in the USA, Europe, Latin America, and/or Asia. They are multi-lingual and understand the cultural and regional differences that affect performance and “fit” for an executive position. Many of our team members have advanced university degrees and offer ten or more years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources.
C.O.I. has the ability to find the right talent and help get them placed most anywhere in the world; US, Asia, Europe, South America, etc. while maintaining a single point-of-contact for the client.
