Career Opportunities International (C.O.I.) LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Bernd Haase, as Executive Search Business partner, based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA.
C.O.I., a global executive search firm, is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, also has branch locations in Zurich, Switzerland and Frankfurt, Germany.
As Executive Search Business Partner, Bernd is partnering with global companies for mid to senior level executive searches across function and industry. Bernd will primarily focus on the North Eastern region of the US, but will also work globally, especially through his ties to Europe.
Bernd offers a well-rounded business experience. After starting in R&D and Engineering, he moved into sales, marketing and executive management positions with leading multinational organizations including Terex Mining, Liebherr Mining Equipment and MacLean Engineering. Most recently, Bernd is active in management consulting covering a wide range of topics including leadership development, strategic planning, systems implementations, talent assessments/acquisition and organizational development.
Bernd completed his studies at the University of Applied Science and Arts Dortmund in Germany where he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA with concentration in Sales & Marketing.
