Meet Our Amazing Team
John Keller has spent half his professional life in the United States and half in Europe. His rich experience includes some 20 years in executive positions in international banking both in the U.S. and abroad, as well as several years in international financial management with a Fortune 500 company (including extensive exposure to Latin America).
Andrea Keller has worked in international career management for over two decades. She began with a major personnel placement firm in Zurich, Switzerland. She came to the United States in 1995 and joined Thunderbird, where she advanced to Director of Business Development of the School’s Career Management Center. In November 1998 she joined COI as its Chief Executive Officer.
Erin Henry joined COI the beginning of 2008 after relocating to Arizona from the Pacific Northwest. She graduated from Oregon State University and spent some 20 years in Portland, Oregon in human resources and the recruiting industry. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her customers as well as developing and leading teams of successful recruiters and account executives through the years.
Andre Siegenthaler spent 27 years with the Hilti Group in Liechtenstein. He held various Senior Human Resources responsibilities which included Vice President Human Resources International in Liechtenstein, Vice President Human Resources Western Hemisphere and as a member of the Executive Management Group in Tulsa/USA, as well as other senior HR roles. He joined COI as the Executive Search Business Partner in May, 2009.
Ildikó Mueller-Kovacs brings an extensive background in Human Resources, Coaching, Leadership, and Organizational Development. Ildiko has worked with many leading International organizations in Europe, North America and Asia in various industries including Banking, Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals/Biotech, Automotive and Retail. Ildiko is a Qualified Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument. She has over ten years’ of experience in management within various blue chip organizations in Switzerland.
Dr. Helge Jordan
Helge Jordan has more than 16 years experience as a top-management consultant, procurement executive, and talent development coach. His previous positions include Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and Vice President of Purchasing at Henkel of America. His focus areas cover talent mapping, strategic succession planning, and finding the best talent for German-American companies. Helge is also the German Honorary Consul to Arizona, a member of the International Leadership Council of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), a former Director of the American Council on Germany’s Phoenix Warburg Chapter, and a personal member of Atlantikbruecke e.V. - roles conducive to deepening German-American business relationships in his community, the U.S., and worldwide. Dr. Jordan’s interests are ornithology, nature photography, conservation, and international travel. He is married, and lives with his wife in Phoenix, AZ. He joined C.O.I. in September 2015.
Lillian Rollins has an interdisciplinary background in business, marketing, design, and human resources. She grew up in Northern Virginia and earned her Bachelor’s from Arizona State University before moving back to Washington, DC to work as an Event Planner and Program Manager. She has received her MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management where she specialized in International Marketing and Human Resources with a focus on the global context and cultural implications of international businesses.
Denise Smith joined COI in July 2012 as a research specialist. Denise has over ten years of experience in communications and building valuable customer relationships. Originally from Singapore, Denise brings a strong understanding of U.S. and Asia Pacific markets, having advised clients at various levels of management. Denise has a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (Australia), and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Rowena McAllister brings to COI over 20 years of experience in international market research, administration and marketing support. Born and raised in the U.K., Rowena began her career in export development with the U.K. Chamber of Commerce movement, leading commercial trade missions to Hungary, Belgium and Portugal and providing support services to companies in their export efforts. Rowena speaks three languages and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Dual Honors) degree in French and German from Coventry University in the U.K. and a postgraduate qualification in company administration.
Joined COI immediately after graduating from Thunderbird School of Global Management with an MBA emphasizing in finance. Prior to joining COI, Taylor worked in Shenzhen, China for a manufacturing firm in finance. He also spent two years helping retail distributors set up their businesses overseas. Taylor was specifically responsible for operations in Hong Kong, Nigeria, and Dubai. Taylor’s eclectic background also includes missionary service in Taiwan, glass museum marketing and curating and forum moderating. He grew up in Hong Kong and speaks fluent Mandarin. Taylor thrives in customer facing environments where he gets to interact with people from numerous countries and cultures. He’s especially adroit at recognizing fit where he sees it. Taylor is the proud father of a little boy, who he sees as his HR magnum opus.
Hilary Greener has over 15 years of experience in HR as a Senior Human Resources Specialist in manufacturing and healthcare, as well as in the recruiting industry. She has placed people at multiple levels and in various disciplines including finance/HR/sales/marketing/engineering/and IT. Hilary attended the University of Arizona and has lived in Oregon and the SF Bay area.
Bonnie Sanders joined COI in 2010. In addition to her research function, she co-coordinates COI’s international job fairs; recruiting high potential talent from across the globe, matching individuals with client opportunities and bringing everyone together in one venue. Prior to joining COI, Bonnie held positions in Retail Merchandising for Co-Sales Co., a Southwestern regional food broker. Bonnie has attended both Pima Community College and Grand Canyon University.
Kevin Booth joined COI in 2012 as I.T. Infrastructure Business Partner. Kevin has been in the I.T. industry for over 25 years. After earning Technical Degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from DeVry University in 2000, he has earned over 50 professional certifications from prestigious organizations such as; Cisco, CompTIA, and Microsoft. Kevin provides IT administration and guidance to the COI organization ensuring the business is running smoothly with the latest, cutting-edge business infrastructure technology in the industry.
Sherri Reaves joined COI in 2009 as Finance Business Partner. After commencing her career in banking, Sherri moved into HR finance, payroll and administration and provides accounting, financial administration and management services for the COI organization.
Alain, is the General Manager of COI’s Zurich office. He received his practical education in business and real estate administration over a five year period under a scholarship provided by the Swiss Authorities to its Employees while working as an Administrator in the Finance Department of the Canton of Zurich. He holds a CPA license in Switzerland and has extensive experience in accounting and audit.
Dr. Christoph Von Arb
Dr. Christoph A. von Arb is the Founder and President of ‘International Initiatives Inc. – TRIPLEYE’, a Swiss based consulting firm. In 1990 he joined the Embassy of Switzerland in Washington, DC as Counselor for Science and Technology and later was appointed Head of International Affairs, Office of the State Secretary for Education and Research. From 2002 to 2008, Dr. von Arb served as Consul General and Director of the first Scientific Consulate of Switzerland, Swissnex Boston in Cambridge, MA, USA. He has served on the Scientific Board of Virginia Bioinformatics Institute, as well as the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce. He lectures at the University of Zurich and Lehigh University in P.A.
Heather Auer joined COI in June of 2011 as a Business Consultant and Executive Recruiter and has since been promoted to Advisory Board Member – Human Resources. Heather brings over 13 years of hands-on and strategic HR experience to COI and her clients. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania as well as an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
Cristina Hernandez Joined COI in March 2013 as Business Development Manager. Cristina brings over 9 years of experience working with SME’s and global companies with their expansion and go-to-market strategies. She holds a Global-Masters in Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, AZ, USA and Tecnologico de Monterrey, N.L. Mexico. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and grew up in Southern California, USA.
Reyad Fezzani has over 21 years of experience as a global energy business executive and a passion for Renewable Energy and Clean Technology. Born in Libya, he was educated in the UK, and holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemical Technology from Imperial College, London. He has worked in Asia, Europe, North Africa, and the United States. Reyad’s Specialties include: Renewable and Alternative Energies (including Solar, Wind, Biofuels and Biochemcials), Oil Products Refining, Marketing and Petrochemicals, Oil Supply Trading and Logistics, Oil and Gas Exploration & Production, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Technology, Engineering and Project Management.
Pablo Manson joined COI in November 2012 as Executive Search Business Partner. A Human Resources professional with 16 years of experience leading functions for international multi-site organizations in Latin America. 12 years leading Human Resources functions as a hands-on and strategic Generalist with strong multi industry experience in organizations with matrix structures and multiple reporting lines. Strong business understanding and P&L management. Solid experience in startups, shut downs, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions.
During Warren Turski’s 35-year career at General Motors, he has facilitated hundreds of workshops with measurable results. One of his core competencies is performance management development and execution for large-scale complex programs and processes. He has experience in leading global teams to drive performance improvements using metrics and highly-visible focused communications
Dr. Karen S. Walch, associate professor and consultant at Thunderbird School of Global Management, has an academic background in international negotiation, cultural competencies, and political economy. She has several decades of experience in various business and academic contexts, including insurance, law, tourism, aquaculture, security studies, and MBA graduate education. Karen pursued a Ph.D. in international political economy and negotiation at the University of Wisconsin while working in business, political, and legal settings.
