C.O.I. met with companies across a wide range of sectors including heavy industry, IT, services and fashion. The effect of retiring baby boomers is driving a real push to develop a strong pipeline of future leaders within client companies of all sectors. Although the European candidate market is not as tight as what the U.S. is experiencing, there is nevertheless, fierce competition for top talent.
